Job Description

  • Conducting and monitoring supplier switching processes in electricity and gas segments in accordance with GPKE/GeLiGas regulations.
  • Optimizing supplier switching and market communication processes.
  • Coordinating with market partners (suppliers, grid operators) to resolve open issues.
  • Recording and maintaining customer and contract data in the relevant systems.
  • Ensuring the quality of master data.
  • Managing and monitoring market partners and balancing groups, including associated contract management.
  • Creating reports and statistics on supplier switching.
  • Handling and processing customer inquiries.
  • Concluding and managing supplier framework agreements and grid usage contracts.

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification
  •  2-5 years of professional experience in a similar role within the energy sector, particularly with knowledge of market communication processes.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to specialized IT systems.
  • Confident in dealing with customers and market partners.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Quick comprehension, structured, and organized work style.
  • High resilience, initiative, and sense of responsibility.
