Description

As the HR Local Representative, you will work closely with the APAC team and GoGlobal's local partner (BPO). You need to coordinate with the clients in order to ensure our EoR services delivering on timeline and meet satisfactions level.

This role will be building a good relationship with internal and external stakeholders as well as providing a firmly support to create a strong and streamline into the business operations processes.

Role & Responsibilities

Client Services Team Support

  • As a support role to work with international onboarding and operations team for our clients in Thailand as a primary, including for Indonesia, Vietnam, and Cambodia as an alternative
  • Coordinate with Account Management Team and our clients for onboarding matter to make sure the requesting completion
  • Performing to generate the employment agreement with accurate information to processing
  • Ensure for the client and employee database is up-to-date as always and do a verification when necessary
  • Create, update and maintain our tools including our SharePoint/T&A/ Leave/ Expenses/ Forms System
  • Create, update and maintain process flow, manual and procedures as required
  • Support on managing our Knowledge Base including knowledge input as well as research
  • Other Ad Hoc Projects and/or tasks being requested

Local Representative

  • Be our HR local representative in Thailand as a main contact person
  • Welcoming; meet and greet our local employee in Thailand and oversee the onboarding process in Thailand to make sure onboarding him/ her smoothly
  • Serve as an escalation point for our clients and employee and make sure their issues and concerns could be solved quickly
  • Prepare HR letters as per the request from our clients and employees
  • Work with local partners to make sure Visa and Work Permit matter to issue new and renewal process
  • Coordinate for insurance application by work closely with benefits team and the local insurance broker
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice in Thailand and communicate to team when necessary
  • Provide on the ground administrative support including but not limited to medical insurance application, provident fund, bank account opening and other office management and purchasing
  • Other Ad Hoc Projects and/or tasks being requested
Requirements
  • At least 5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • General HR, Social Security, Visa & Work Permit and local regulations practical knowledge
  • Knowledge in Thailand Immigration, Labor Laws and Governments liaison
  • Solutions Thinker, Initiative, Innovative and approaches to make it happen
  • Business acumen mindset and willingness to work across time zone for some urgency is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills and open to learn new things
  • Multi-tasks, well organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent in service minded with welcome for any feedback
  • Good in English verbal and written communication skills
