WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In this role you will work fluidly across the full Central marketing team, and working with cross-functional marketing partners to bring Nike's Running vision to life for our consumers in the marketplace. You will work closely with the Nike Direct team & the market place teams, at Central and EMEA level, and you will also work closely with the EMEA EKIN team to stay connected to the latest innovations and strategies and help share best practices.

The shape of your day-to-day work will vary significantly, and therefore your style and influence will have to adapt accordingly. You therefore must be collaborative, intuitive, and maximise the effectiveness of individual as well as collective thinking. You must be open to the opinions and expertise of those you engage with in order to apply coherent strategy and thinking that leads to new opportunities.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a passionate runner, somebody who lives and breathes it every day. A person who has a curiosity for our young consumer within the running community, and an unrelenting desire to build deeper relationships with them. A talent passionate about our innovation, and keen to become the trusted voice to educate key running partners about our brand, our vision, and our Running innovation to help realise Nike's vision. And of course, a talent willing to adapt on the fly, all while maintaining a growth mindset. to opt-out.

• A deep passion for our brand, our mission, and our innovation
• A passion for sports especially Running. A Track & Field background is a plus.
• First years of relevant work experience, with a strong focus on innovation, the marketplace, training, or marketing.
• Prior experience in Training delivery, project management, and digital content creation highly advantageous
• A demonstrable understanding of the German consumer, the territory and Nike's position within it, with a track record of making strategic marketing decisions within this environment.
• Availability to travel across Germany based on needs of the business (travel & work may fall over weekends)
• Full valid German Driver's License

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As an EKIN you will be part of the Central Retail Marketing function, reporting directly to the Manager, Retail Marketing, EKIN Central. In this role your core duties will include:

• The area you will be responsible for is Germany South
• You will be on the ground prioritizing the Running consumer x field of play with a 365 approach to build connection and community within the marketplace. You will be required to visit our Nike Direct stores, wholesale partners and communities frequently, maintaining great relationships with key stakeholders.
• Delivering all seasonal and 365 education and engagement plans for Nike Running.
• Representing Nike Running at key sport moments across Germany.
• Delivering engaging training experiences to upskill and inspire retail employees on Nike's mission, brand and innovation across the marketplace including Nike Direct and wholesale partners.
• Delivering interactive experiences including store visits, product clinics, trials and brand activations
• Partnering with the Central marketing team to help deliver Nike's brand and business objectives
