WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a passionate Nike "expert" that knows Nike Brand and Product inside out and back to front, to join our team of EHQ EKIN Specialists - who are the strategic and operating backbone of EMEA supporting all key fields of play via a seasonal education and engagement model that serves the Nike Sport Marketplace.

In this role, EKIN Specialists deliver inspirational and educational product innovation, brand history and sport storytelling across all of Nike's retail touch points. They help plan and co-ordinate the educational experiences that inspire and up-skill retail athletes to always serve the best of Nike.

EKINs tell Nike stories. Therefore, it is key that any candidate has a strong desire to learn more every single day about Nike's past history, present seasonal products and future design innovations in order to truly know the Nike Brand and Product inside out and back to front (hence Nike becomes EKIN). An EKIN's ability to simplify detailed and often scientific information into a compelling and personal story is key to land a message with their audiences.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will be working as a part of the EHQ-based EKIN Team, which forms part of the Nike Retail Marketing organisation, ultimately tasked with being Nike's trusted voice, to drive education, inspiration and connection.

Primarily, your responsibility is to deliver seasonal product innovation storytelling in a simple, relatable and inspirational manner. This role with have a specific focus on the Running FOP, where you will be responsible for equipping our Field EKIN Team with the knowledge and tools needed to execute Nike's Ground Game.

You will be responsible in curating seasonal content guides to support specific product and sport education and determining which content needs to be elevated for the EMEA Marketplace.

You are required to be creative and adaptable in your approach using enhanced presentation skills across a combination of formats including digital live-stream presentations, zoom-calls and on occasions, immersive in-person experiences.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report directly in to the EMEA EKIN MANAGER with the Retail Brand EKIN team. You will be part of the exciting Retail Marketing organization. You will collaborate and execute daily with other EHQ EKIN Specialists and work closely with the Field EKIN Specialists. As well as a number of key strategic partners including Brand, WIMOC, retail field partners and product merchandising, where you will work together to inspire and develop the first line of retail.

By maintaining a strong connection to the Global EKIN function you will continue to elevate the authenticity and consistency of the EKIN's within EMEA and the credibility of its first line first approach.

Fluent use and understanding of Keynote and PowerPoint.

Advanced communication and presentation skills.

Understanding of the Retail landscape including retail education and experience.

Ability to mange multiple projects at the same time, while staying organized and accountable.

Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast paced working environment.

Positive and enthusiastic, you gain energy from interacting with others and enjoy team work environments.

Experience in content creation and online storytelling.
