What does a successful Lead Tester do at Fiserv ?

• Execute System Integration, User Acceptance Testing for Vision Plus products.
• Preparation of Functional Test Scope, Development Impact Assessment for Regression
• Identifying Defects and creating tickets in JIRA and Service Point
• Participate in Defect calls to discuss on Open tickets with Build Developers and Batch team operation
• Interactive testing with Developers for trouble shooting the ticket
• Create and evaluate test cases for accuracy and applicability for products under test.
• Communicate testing progress through creating and maintaining test plans.
• Find bugs and validate specifications through black box testing techniques (like test matrices, combination testing, and risk analysis)
• Develop automated tests with the appropriate technologies.w
• Design and implement tools that improve efficiency in manual testing.

What you will do:

• Work as a part of a LATAM issuing Testing team along with Business Analyst, Mainframe Developers and Product managers..
• Analyse and understand product requirements.
• Create and evaluate test cases for accuracy and applicability for products under test.
• Find bugs and validate specifications through black box testing techniques (like test
  matrices, combination testing, and risk analysis)
• Provide updates to Engr. Managers and other stakeholders with the status of testing.
• Automate test cases using appropriate tools and technologies such a TOSCA and Karate
• Test system performance when applicable.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor Degree or Engineering with equivalent work experience
• Proficient in black box, functional, and user flow testing technique. Have an eagle-eye for test coverage gaps, false positives or negatives. Constantly raise concerns about issues you notice, in or out of your area of ownership.
• Have the ability to develop the test scope and test cases.
• Experience in Vision Plus Module – specialized in CMS, TRAMS and LMS and Mainframe TSOD, SOAP UI and Postman, Simulators
• Familiarity with JIRA, KARATE and TOSCA
• Have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Vision Plus Execution
• Experience working with any Automation Tools.
• Constantly looking for better solutions to bring down automation flakiness and increase automation reliability over time.
• Ability to build tools that will enable teams to write and automate tests.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and independently.

What would be great to have:

• Experience in Vision Plus, specifically in CMS, TRAMS, FAS, LMS along with Mainframe TSOD and Simulators
• Experience in Automation Tools such as KARATE, SELENIUM and JENKINS
• Knowledge in GIT lab and API Testing
