- Collect, interpret, and analyze operational data to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Work with teams across the organization, including IT, operations, and training, to align systems and workflows with business needs.
- Support the rollout of new workflows, systems, or updates by providing training, documentation, and user support to ensure successful adoption.
- Ensure that workflows and systems adhere to healthcare regulations and industry best practices, with a focus on maintaining compliance within the DME space.
- Create and deliver reports on workflow performance, system utilization, and project outcomes to inform leadership and support decision-making.
- Proactively identify areas for operational improvement and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

- Strong ability to analyze complex systems and processes, interpret data, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated capacity to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with process mapping, Lean methodologies, and workflow optimization techniques.
What Sets You Apart
