Le technicien informatique est responsable d’aider le directeur informatique et le directeur adjoint informatique Ă gĂ©rer et Ă entretenir efficacement tous les systèmes informatiques, les activitĂ©s de communication de donnĂ©es et de communications vocales dans l’hĂ´tel.Â

ResponsabilitĂ©s principalsÂ

Aider Ă s’assurer que les systèmes critiques, en particulier le système de gestion immobilière du front office, la comptabilitĂ© des appels, HSIA, PABX et les systèmes informatiques de point de vente d’aliments et de boissons sont disponibles vingt-quatre (24) heures par jour.Â

Aider Ă Ă©tablir et Ă maintenir les procĂ©dures des utilisateurs et la familiarisation du matĂ©riel pour tous les systèmes.Â

Aider Ă fournir l’administration des systèmes, y compris la gestion des comptes d’utilisateurs / groupes, la configuration des utilisateurs, les problèmes d’accès au dĂ©pannage et l’achèvement de la documentation sur site.Â

Assistez Ă la gestion de l’infrastructure du serveur, Ă la surveillance des performances, aux mises Ă niveau du système d’exploitation et au dĂ©pannage.Â

Aider Ă assurer un soutien efficace pour d’autres systèmes, y compris le back-office, les ventes et les applications de restauration et de ressources humaines et tout autre système de l’hĂ´tel.Â

Aider Ă fournir des services de support système, y compris le diagnostic des pannes de service, le dĂ©pannage et la restauration du service, la gestion de la protection contre les virus.Â

Aider Ă maintenir et Ă promouvoir les normes technologiques de base de Four Seasons telles qu’elles sont dĂ©crites dans les normes de base de la TI de Four Seasons.Â

Aider Ă la coordination des nouvelles acquisitions et des grands projets, au besoin.Â

The IT Technician is responsible for assisting the Director of IT and Assistant Director of IT with the efficient operation and maintenance of all computer systems, data and voice communications activities at property.Â

Core ResponsibilitiesÂ

Assist in ensuring critical systems, specifically Front Office Property Management System, Call Accounting, HSIA, PABX and Food & Beverage Point of Sales computer systems are available twenty-four (24) hours per day.Â
-
Assist with establishing and maintaining user procedures and hardware familiarization for all systems.Â
-
Assist with providing Systems Administration, including maintaining user/group accounts, user configuration, trouble-shooting access problems and completion of on-site documentation.Â
-
Assist in Server infrastructure management, performance monitoring, Operating System upgrades and troubleshooting.Â
-
Assist with ensuring effective support for other systems, including back office, sales and catering and human resources applications and any other at the property.Â
-
Assist with providing system support services, including service outage diagnosis, troubleshooting and restoration of service, virus protection management.Â
-
Assist with maintaining and promoting Four Seasons core technology standards as outlined in the Four Seasons IT Core Standards.Â
-
Assist in the co-ordination of new acquisitions and major projects as required.Â
-
Participate in property-level, corporate-initiated technology implementations as required.Â
-
Good knowledge and support for Desktop OS and applications including patches.Â
-
Provide direct guest support and quality support to function rooms and conference services.Â
-
Assist with administration of Office 365, connection to global VPN and other communication tools.Â
-
Assist in the process of systems backup and recovery procedures.Â
-
Assist in management of third-party vendors.Â

Qualifications and Skills Â

Advanced proficiency in oral and writing French is requiredÂ

Knowledge of Microsoft systems and O365 preferredÂ

Knowledge of basic networking principles preferredÂ

Having project management experience and knowledge of hospitality applications such as PMS, POS is an assetÂ

A university degree in computer science is preferable.Â
