We are looking to hire a Software QA and Product QA Manager experienced in Networking, PCIe, BMC and Linux kernel technologies to join our fast-growing software organization, and play a pivotal role in building and scaling our software quality assurance team.

Qualifications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Collaborate with rest of the software organization to meet our commitment of delivering high quality, highly secure software solutions

• Lead the system software test team, right from tests' discovery, test-plan, test-strategy preparation and overall delivery of quality product

• Work closely with cross-functional / cross-geo teams in realizing product delivery goals

• Provide necessary support for project management.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall experience in embedded Software testing with 3+ years of technical managementlead, good understanding of I2C/I3C, SPI, PCIe, USB, SPI/eSPI, GPIO/SGPIO, Ethernet and others

• Strong academic credentials with a Bachelormaster’s degree in CS / EC, Mathematics, or other quantitative area of study

• Experience in NIC drivers in Linux, BMC and firmware testing.

• Strong Networking, PCIe, BMC background.

• Familiarity with ARM CPU and SOC system architecture, microprocessor, and microcontroller fundamentals (caches, buses, memory controllers, DMA, etc.)

• Experience in leading and mentoring a team of SDET engineers, creating plans, providing guidance, technical expertise, and ensuring adherence to best practices.

• Experience with troubleshooting integration issues including root-cause analysis

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), software testing lifecycle (STLC), software testing methodologies, and agile development practices.

• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc)

• Experience working with SCM tools like Git/ SVN

• Automation testing experience using python and PytestRobot framework
