We're seeking an SME to join our Professional Services division.

Responsibilities:

• As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) actively drive the organization's professional services and consulting program in the areas of business operations, strategy, and organizational performance.
• Participate in the revenue growth of the consulting business and provide expertise in areas such as strategic development, organizational change, and process improvement effectiveness.
• Drive revenue via contract closure (SOW), manage project timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure quality of work performed. May recruit and train consultants on a project basis.
• Oversee the development of business process related solutions for clients. Viewed by customers as a consultative business partner.
• Help define client needs, determine a strategy and develop a plan/proposal for delivery of services, which leads to a client's internal processes or functions being improved for efficiency.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, focus on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the client's business.
• Diverse brokerage industry knowledge with a concentration in knowledge of Broadridge applications is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or equivalent required, and MBA or CFA or equivalent experience preferred
• Mix of financial services operations, business and/or IT and consulting experience preferred with strong emphasis on capital markets

• 12 years of experience. Capital Markets experience preferred - experience related to the life cycle of various traded products and their derivatives
• Broadridge and industry product first-hand knowledge for capital markets footprints
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with entrepreneurial personality
• Excellent presentations skills
• Willingness and ability to understand the Operations and Technology landscape at Financial Services firms
• Ability to 'face-off' with senior clients through demonstrating a reasonable degree of executive presence
• Collaborative workstyle and with a desire to develop others
