Sr Performance and Optimization Specialist (5G&4G)

Your skills and experience

• Leading role in various critical and technical complex tasks related to network planning, quality assurance, optimisation, new releases, features implementation and consultancy (4G & 5G)
• Formulate the network planning and optimization projects scope as per customer expectation and schedule of acceptance.
• Lead critical performance related activities independently. These may include complex problem solving in Multi-layer , multi-vendor environment.
• Deep knowledge of parameters, features and KPIs in 4G or 5G Technology
• Working out Network evolution strategy, Network Consolidation, Spectrum refarming activity of the customer network
• RFP and Pre sales support
• Leading test case preparation, guidance on test case execution, feature trials etc
• Expertise in creating and analysis of statistical KPI reporting
• Expertise with DT measurement tools and post-processing tools
• Build strong networking and relationship with Global experts and region experts.
• Flexible for travelling on regular basis.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in Radio Planning and Optimisation with minimum 1 years in 5G technology and 7 years in 4G technology and good track record of solving complex technical issues.
• 5G & 4G Optimization experience covering cmWave ,mmWave Optimization; VONR,NSA,SA, VoLTE, mMIMO, Multi layer mobility and load balancing
• In depth knowledge in RF principle and fundamentals of 4G and 5G, ORAN, Slicing etc
• In-depth knowledge in RAN algorithm, parameters, performance counters, network KPI, signalling flow and protocol in 4G and 5G Nokia Product
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience and knowledge on E2E mobile network (RAN and Core) network planning, performance and optimization is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in database programming , big data analytics, programming skills, using computer languages in R, Python, SQL, C will be an added advantage
