Job Description
Recently formed, the Hospital Business Unit (HBU) is focused on developing compelling go-to-market strategies, inclusive of targeted value propositions with the necessary supporting evidence that will resonate with the hospital ecosystem of stakeholders important to the adoption of real time continuous glucose monitoring (RT-CGM) in the inpatient setting. The vast majority of the HBU will be accessed via a matrix structure, so building relationships and establishing operating principles with other functional groups is essential. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivatedSenior Program Manager for the Hospital Program Management Office (PMO) to drive commercial program for hospital product launches, expansion of products to new or existing markets, or programs with associated partners. This position will serve as a lead on hospital commercial initiatives, will be an individual contributor and will work under minimal supervision. The successful candidate will have demonstrated a proven track record in managing high-impact programs along with strong organizational, communication, leadership and influencing skills. The candidate will report to the Director of Hospital PMO and work with leaders and cross-functional teams from Marketing/Brand, Product Management, Partner Management, Sales, Distribution, Customer Support, R&D, Regulatory, Operations, and others.

As a Senior Program Manager Hospital, you will be responsible for serving as the HBU liaison and primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, management, hospitals, and hospitals' Chief Nursing Informatics Officers (CNIO) regarding hospital technology concerns and clinical workflow and process data integration issues, while maintaining a centralized, updated list for communicating project status to all stakeholders on a frequent and regular basis. You will review and translate business requirements into detailed system design specifications for the configuration build team (EHR core integration team) and oversee hospital information system integration projects. You will develop clinical and data flow diagrams to support business cases and advise HBU leadership on best integration approach into the inpatient clinical and data workflows. You will ensure that interoperability strategy and integration plans comply with established clinical policies, best practices, and procedures as well as regulatory, quality, and legal requirements. You will collaborate on the design proof of concepts or pilot implementations when appropriate to test out new designs or enhancements before roll-out to hospital sites. You will utilize widely accepted project management methodologies to lead and participate in assigned projects, while effectively managing deadlines, communication, training, rollout, and post go live assessments. You will serve as a subject matter expert in inpatient health information systems, Oracle-Cerner EHR, and nursing clinical data workflows.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Nursing Informatics, or Health Informatics, or Health Information Management, or equivalent.
- Project Management (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) certification
- 5-7 years of hospital nursing informatics experience, or clinical informatics experience, hospital information systems, or medical device hospital integration experience.
- Hands-on experience with inpatient health information systems (HIS) tools, processes, methodologies, clinical workflows, project management, and EHR and HIS data flows
- 3-5 years of Oracle-Cerner EHR experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing, Nursing Informatics, Health Informatics, or Health Information Management, or equivalent.
- Current Informatics Nursing Certification (RN-BC) from ANCC or current Certified Professional in Healthcare Information & Management (CPHIMS) from HIMSS
- Seven to ten (7-10) years of hospital nursing informatics experience, or clinical informatics experience, hospital information systems, or medical device hospital integration experience.
- Hands-on experience with inpatient health information systems (HIS) tools, processes, methodologies, clinical workflows, EHR and HIS data flows, and clinical data workflow process implementation and improvement
- Advanced knowledge of medical device interoperability in hospital environment
- Oracle-Cerner EHR subject matter expert

Exempt Salary Details
The annual base salary range for this role is $78,900 to $131,500. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand.

- Typically requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience.
