Responsibilities:
Closely work with cross functional teams to build up & enhance data management process, maintain scalable and reusable data analytics capabilities & framework.
Develop new modelling methodology and perform regular diagnostics to measure sales performance
Proactively share business insight through business data analyze and utilize digital tools to support strategic decisions
Requirements:
Data driven mindset with degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related majors.
5~7 years of experience in SFE/Commercial Excellence, business analytics & insights or related fields
SQL, PowerBI and Python skill is a MUST
Rich experience in Excel, PPT
Good problem-solving skills and Fluent English communication
