Job Description
Primary Function of Position
A Sr. Sales Strategy Analyst will work in parallel with US Commercial leadership examining complex business problems to provide strategic and data-supported consultation around actions which influence the overall business.
All Sales Strategy Analysts will be expected to own direct business partner alignment with Commercial leadership of a respective region & clinical vertical. A Sr. Sales Strategy Analyst will work through large growing sets of real-time data assisting with commercial strategy, quota modeling & allocation, territory design, and sales performance metrics.
The person in the role will be equipped with the technical capabilities to navigate and consolidate multiple data sets, build an expertise around levers which move the business, and be able to communicate summarized data insights to senior leadership.
Essential Job Duties
- Build knowledge of business drivers with the ability to translate data to actionable insights
- Be able to professionally manage multiple VP & Director level business partners with insights, assisting presentations at all levels
- Develop tools which scale business insights & contribute to continuous process improvement
- Proven ability to articulate and justify data driven recommendations or positions
- Excited about working with data and at ease contributing to regular brainstorming sessions with peers & leadership
- Desire to work cross functionality with both immediate, domestic, and international teams
- Exceptional attention to detail
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience assisting sales operations including data analysis, data visualization, data modeling, and sales performance metrics
- High level problem-solving skills with an ability to simplify the complex
- Organic curiosity and insight to interpret trends, outliers, & context-based nuance
- Self-motivated to seek out resolution, resources, & communicate knowledge
- Ability to work autonomously while prioritizing across different levels of deliverables
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized with an ability to help and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
- Proficiency with statistical & data visualization tools (SQL, Tableau)
- Advanced Excel skills
- This role requires working onsite in our Peachtree Corners office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week.
Required Education and Training
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field; Master’s is a plus
