Job Description

Location/Division Specific Information:

At Brno's Thermo Fisher Scientific, we develop and manufacture innovative electron microscopes and spectrometers.

How Will You Make an Impact?:

Sr Test Technician will do the final setup and tests of microscopes and modules according to plan. You will work safely and ensure the best quality products are within specified task times and drive continuous improvement in the factory.

A Day in the Life:

• Installing individual modules on the microscope and work with the electronics
• Setting up, testing and calibrating the microscope
• Consulting more demanding tasks with colleagues from development and engineering

• Required: Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment or other highly regulated environment
• Preferred: Electrical experience or Certification 250
• Preferred: Experience working in a clean room environment
• Preferred: Experience testing complex electromechanical systems

• Certification 250 (former Decree 50)
• English language skills
