We are actively seeking a Sr. Associate Support Engineer, Hyperion. This role is based in India, Hyderabad.

Position Summary:

• Must have expertise in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management(HFM) and Financial Data Quality Management(FDMEE)
• Development experience in Hyperion, specifically in HFM (Webforms, Metadata, Rules (VBScript) build maintenance) and FDMEE (Python/Jython scripting)
• In-depth knowledge in rule files, calculation scripts, business rules, tasks lists and other planning concepts is a must
• Should have deep skills in configuring Financial application components, including Databases, Master Data (Dimensions) Set-up, Business Rules, Script Logics, Reports, Security/Approvals, and process management applications
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of financial systems and business processes, especially around planning, budgeting, & forecasting
• Should have excellent troubleshooting skills in the HFM area and work independently
• Excellent support skills and expertise
• Oracle E-Business Suite to Essbase integration knowledge would be an advantage

• Superb trouble-shooting skills and tenacity in problem solving
• Passionate focus on customer support and the ability to build long term, successful working relationships with clients
• Strong knowledge of key application functionality, tables and relationships to provide data fixes
• Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS customization/extension methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills – verbal & written
• Product support experience is desirable but not mandatory
• A consulting background would be useful while not mandatory
• Experience with localizations and global implementations would be an advantage

Hyperion Skills

• 4-6+ years in in Financial Planning & Analysis
• Strong experience in PBCS, EPBCS, FDMEE
• Should have deep skills in configuring Financial application components, including Databases, Master Data (Dimensions) Set-up, Business Rules, Script Logics, Reports, Security/Approvals, and process management applications
• Should have excellent troubleshooting skills in the HFM area and work independently
• Should have the ability to understand the business requirements, Data flow from various system, COAs and support the clients and users to design best solutions in Hyperion financial applications.
• Oracle E-Business Suite to Essbase integration knowledge would be an advantage
