Sr. Engagement Director

The Sr. Engagement Director role is fully remote.

A part of the Personalized Access & Reimbursement team, theĀ Senior Director of EngagementĀ is a key point of contact for their clients. High-energy professionals who thrive in the details of projects and processes, and have a pulse on the latest trends and solutions to tackle their client's complex marketing challenges will flourish at our growing company.

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:

  • Leveraging business experience and strategic account management acumen in identifying strategic alternatives and project approach to client questions
  • Leading project teams including both internal and external resources in the design, development and delivery of our market access pull through solutions.
  • Providing direction, advice and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams, through consistent participation in team meetings
  • Serving as key point of contact with clients, managing the process of proposal preparation and/or modifications including overall bid integrity, presentations, and negotiations
  • Provide high level input and oversee the development of client records, presentations and delivery to clients leading to new revenue streams.
  • Providing follow-up with client after project deliverable has been completed to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proactively identifying Business Development opportunities for assigned clients and coordinate follow up efforts.
  • Proactively communicate client needs that will support Market Access pull through solution innovation and added client value.
  • Proactively mentoring, coaching and sharing subject matter expertise with others to elevate our client engagement capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients.
  • Active participation in recruiting, developing and retaining talent.
  • Accountable for Engagement team member direct and indirect reports professional development via skill and role competency development.
  • 20%-40% travelĀ 

Qualifications:

Minimum Required:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 10 plus years of work experience optimally in a professional service or biopharmaceutical firm with Market Access responsibilities. Ā 

Other Required:

  • Master of Business Administration or related experience in Market Access, software solutions and analytics.
  • Ability to understand relational database technology, software development life cycle and analytics
  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech business marketing, financial, or statistical analysisĀ 

Preferred:

Skills:

  • Broad understanding of contracts and key business levers in Market Access.
  • Demonstrable experience in the following areas: leadership and influence in sizable and multi-disciplined teams, understanding and assessing client needs, incorporating in deliverables, and ensuring recommendations/results are implemented.
  • Experience in developing credible relationships with senior level managers and executives in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
  • Capability to work effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals is critical.
  • Ability to contribute to business development through the identification of leads, development of proposals, knowledge of key issues, current developments, consulting methodologies, tools and techniques in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Ā 
  • Ability to be resourceful, confident under pressure, and able to implement different methodologies to assess client needs and engage in effective dialog with Executive-level decision makers.Ā 
  • Analytic Skills: Framing macro problems into action steps or work plans for resolutions.Ā  Structuring a persuasive client presentation based on in-depth or expansive excel spreadsheets. Demonstrable interpretive and solution identification skills with the ability to understand multiple types of quantitative and qualitative data heightened with strong resolution skills.

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.Ā  This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
