What You Can Look Forward To:
Energy Recovery, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing financial projections, driving cost optimization and the improvement of KPIs, partnering with business leaders, and preparing financial information and presentations with management and other stakeholders.
What Will You Do?
- Lead long-term planning by developing the company’s income statement, balance sheet and cash flow forecast.
- Track cross-company efforts to improve margins and cash flow.
- Partner with business units to solve critical challenges in revenue growth, manufacturing cost, G&A cost and efficiency.
- Develop return on investment analyses and business cases for major company initiatives, including R&D projects, major CapEx decisions, insource vs outsource choices, manufacturing structure, etc.
- Lead pricing efforts for a variety of products, including cost/volume analyses.
- Prepare materials for executive presentations, Board of Director meetings, shareholder communication and presentations for other key external stakeholders.
- All other projects and duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, accounting or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements.
- Evidence of exceptional ability, including ability to drive projects independently and execute priority and non-priority tasks.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Experience using FP&A software, including Adaptive Insights, Microsoft Dynamics, Netsuite, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly with senior business leaders.
- Highly collaborative, team oriented, and comfortable leading cross-functional projects.
