Job Description

As a Senior Manager in Ingredion's Change Management Center of Excellence team, you will play an important role in our company's Growth and Transformation journey. As part of this team, you will lead in the design and implementation of change management strategies and partner with global leadership and project teams to help employees successfully navigate change. Reporting to the Director of Change Management, and part of the HR and Transformation Office teams you will help further evolve the strategy, frameworks and tools that will drive change capability and adoption for Ingredion and deliver value for our customers. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of change management methodologies, strong leadership skills and a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation.

Responsibilities include

  • Provide expert guidance, management, and mentorship to change management COE members and Ingredion employees.
  • Lead and manage the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies and plans for key transformation initiatives, aligning with Ingredion's change management approach.
  • Provide thought partnership to embed and evolve the change management capability building for Ingredion.
  • Partner with HR, Transformation Office, IT, and communication teams for seamless integration of change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business leadership and project management to define change objectives, identify stakeholders, and assess the impact of changes.
  • Identify potential risks in change initiatives and devise mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and deliver targeted communication materials, including presentations, town halls, and training programs, to prepare and keep employees informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gather stakeholder insights.
  • Serve as a change advocate and coach, promoting a positive mindset and building organizational change management capabilities.
  • Advise business leaders on transformation efforts, focusing on change adoption and benefits realization.
  • Identify and lead change advocates within the stakeholder community to ensure successful change.
  • Coach project teams and stakeholders in change management practices for sustainable change.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in OCM, integrating relevant insights into change strategies and frameworks.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • 10+ years of experience in Change Management, including leading large-scale transformation efforts.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or human Resources; MBA preferred.
  • Expert knowledge and experience in organizational change management, with certification preferred (Prosci, AACMP).
  • Strong business sense and the ability to work with and influence senior leaders.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to make connections across workstreams and matrixed organizations.
  • Proven capability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative.
  • Detail-oriented with strong decision-making skills for prioritizing time-sensitive projects.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with proficient writing and editing skills.
  • Creative thinking skills to generate and execute engaging and distinctive communication ideas.
  • Proficient at working under pressure, navigating tough situations with professionalism and effectiveness.
