We are looking for a mission-driven, collaborative, and impact-driven individual to join HoneyBook to grow our Business Development and Partnerships function. You are a team player who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and you’ll report to the Head of Partnerships and Ecosystem. You’ll drive our customer growth by expanding our market reach and establishing strategic ecosystem partnerships, developing and building out new commercial and growth opportunities, and supporting go to market efforts through industry partnerships and collaborations. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence at our San Francisco office 2-3 days a week.Â
Here are a few of the things you will do:
- Identify and manage strategic ecosystem partnerships to support our customers and Honeybook’s growth
- Develop in-depth knowledge of HoneyBook’s offerings to establish profitable business opportunities; you’ll build relationships with customers, distribution and brand partners, and vendors as you design, test, and scale new programs
- Expand the recognition and reach of HoneyBook and our brand
- Identify industry tools and complimentary technology to partner and integrate with to enhance HoneyBook’s offering for customers
- You’ll work closely with Product, Research and Go to Market teams on third-party technology and data integrations, and generally work cross-functionally across different teams and levelsÂ
Here is what we’re looking for in a candidate:
- You understand the pace and demands of a startup, and you’re skilled at prioritization, organization, and cross-functional communicationÂ
- You are comfortable working on multiple opportunities simultaneously and to set appropriate priorities with internal and external clients and deliver results efficiently
- You’re strategic, entrepreneurial, as well as business-oriented; you have range
- You operate autonomously while being a team player who brings a positive solutions-oriented attitude to the job, you’re collaborative and open-minded
- You’ve done this before; possibly with another team, or in a different industry, but you know what you need to drive this function
- A few other skills you possess would be: strong leader, persuasive, analytical, strong business acumen
Here is what is needed:
- 7+ years of experience, ideally in B2B2C, SaaS or SMB-focused capacity, with at least 5 years of partnerships experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field
- Proven business development, partnerships, strategic sales, or brand marketing experience
- Fintech experience or domain expertise a plus

- $145,000-180,000 for hybrid in San Francisco Bay Area, depending on experience.Â
