We are looking for a motivated and experienced Systems and Network Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and securing our IT infrastructure. Working closely with the IT support team, you will ensure the optimal performance of internal systems and networks. You will also collaborate with the cybersecurity team to enhance the overall security of our infrastructure.

Your mission

• Network Management: Configure and maintain Cisco Meraki and Fortinet equipment, optimize firewalls and VPNs, and manage network performance.
• Systems Administration: Oversee Hyper-V environments, servers, and operating systems (Windows, Linux), and ensure regular backups.
• Technical Support: Provide Level 2/3 support, resolve incidents, and assist with IT projects.
• Endpoint Management: Manage MDM solutions for macOS (JAMF) and Windows (INTUNE).
• IT Security: Implement security policies, ensure compliance, and conduct regular audits.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor emerging tech and recommend infrastructure optimizations

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, networks, or systems engineering. 
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role 
• Experience with Cisco Meraki, Fortinet firewalls (FortiGate, FortiManager), and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Proficiency in managing Hyper-V environments, Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu), and MDM tools like JAMF and INTUNE.
• Familiarity with SaaS tools (Google Workspace, OKTA, Atlassian), monitoring systems (Nagios, NEMS), and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Certifications such as Cisco (CCNA, CCNP) and Fortinet (FortiGate) are a plus.
• Organized, team-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to simplify technical concepts.
• Proficiency in both French and English
