Strategic Projects Director

Two Six Technologies is seeking an experienced Strategic Projects Director who can thrive in a dynamic, agile organization focused on furnishing capabilities to address adversary challenges to the US Government. Experience with distributed team coordination that span geographic locations, functional teams and organizations is a must.
Responsibilities

• Presenting projects, strategies, and developments with external customers to assist business initiatives
• Furnishing programmatic leadership to multiple ongoing projects; project sizes range from $500 Thousand to $5 million efforts.
  • Representing Two Six with commercial and government customers
  • Managing individual project timelines and deliverables
  • Shaping program direction
  • Developing stakeholder relationships
  • Conducting solution design and field deployments as necessary
• Defining, revising, and balancing contractual requirements across multiple stakeholders.
• Supporting new business proposal efforts by translating mission requirements into capability requirements for presentation to the development team.
• Preparing Statements of Work (SOWs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs) in appropriate contractual terms.
• Supervising the deployment and implementation of program technologies to various end user locations.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Research and Development activities
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with strategic planning, risk assessment, and execution is required.

• Familiarity with the US government, Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security
• Understanding of governmental programmatic offices and Programs of Record
• Familiarity leading and transitioning research efforts through operational pilots and into systems of record
• AGILE/PMP/ScrumMaster Experience
• Government Contracts Experience
• Educational background in Management
• Ability to analyze information and present briefings
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence, Slack, Google Apps, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce

Clearance Requirements:

• Eligibility to obtain and maintain government security clearance
• Active TS/SCI clearance is preferred
