Strategy Associate

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Working with the General Manager of LTK’s Creator Shopping team, you will gather and analyze information, formulate, and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate strategic recommendations for LTK
  • This includes leading and then driving the implementation of strategic projects across our consumer/shopper and  creator/influencer landscape. Projects may include market expansion analysis, internal compensation models, competitive landscapes, vertical and segment expansion
  • Develop methodologies for tracking investments and their impact on the business

To succeed in this role, you must have..

  • 2-3 years experience at a top tier strategy / management consulting firm
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner with the ability to make impact across an organization without direct reporting lines
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them
  • Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Strong presentation skills including experience with Google slides, Excel/Google Sheets etc – we look for someone who can build at the speed their brain works
