STRATEGY INSIGHTS & PLANNING ASSOCIATE
Als Strategy Insights & Planning Associates (SIPAs) arbeitest Du im Team an mehreren Projekten gleichzeitig und nutzt dabei fortschrittliche Datenanalysen- und Problemlösungstechniken sowie ausgeprägte Synthese- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Die Empfehlungen und Lösungen, die Ihr gemeinsam mit dem Kunden erarbeitet, basieren auf tiefgreifenden Analysen und stützen sich auf unser fundiertes Fachwissen und unsere langjähriger Erfahrung. Dabei wendest Du als SIPA etablierte Frameworks an, unterstützt Veränderungsprozesse und setzt standardisierte analytische Techniken ein, um Kundenentscheidungen zu erleichtern.
Für unser Büro in Frankfurt am Main oder Berlin suchen wir ab 2024 mehrere Strategy Insights & Planning Associates (m/w/d).
Deine Aufgaben:

• Du nutzt Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und Frameworks um Lösungen für die vielseitigen Herausforderungen unserer Kunden zu entwickeln;
• Du leitest Einblicke aus Markt- und/ oder Sekundärforschung ab, um Kunden in der Entscheidungsfindung zu unterstützen
• Du entwirfst benutzerdefinierte Analysen mit Tools wie Excel, Access, Confirmit und der eigenen Software von ZS;
• Du kommunizierst die Ergebnisse an Kunden und ZS-Teams;
• Du arbeitest mit Kunden und Deinem ZS Team zusammen um Lösungen zu implementieren;
• Du übernimmst direkte Verantwortung für Projektergebnisse

Dein Profil:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Marketing, Psychologie, Naturwissenschaften, Ingenieurswesen, Angewandte Mathematik, Statistik (Bachelor, Master oder PhD) oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
• Bis zu 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich der quantitativen und qualitativen Datenanalyse;
• Professioneller Umgang mit der Microsoft Office Suite;
• Hohe Motivation, gute Arbeitsmoral, Reife und Eigeninitiative;
• Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten;
• Empathie, Anpassungsfähigkeit und emotionale Intelligenz;
• Liebe zum Detail und qualitätsorientierte Denkweise;
• Selbstdisziplin bei der Planung und Organisation von Aufgaben;
• Erfahrung und Freude an der Arbeit im Team.
