Description and Requirements

Soporte operativo al área comercial del segmento Relacional

Principales tareas:

• Carga de todas las órdenes de sector mineria, además de solicitud de contratos en caso de ser necesario.
• Carga de órdenes Onshore manuales.
• Creación de Oportunidades, Quotes y Contratos según sea solicitado por los KAMs.
• Seguimiento de Actividades en Dynamics.
• Seguimiento de contactos para encuesta CX.
• Actualización de 2 reportes para el archivo de forecast, reporte de Actividades y de calidad de Oportunidades (PNs con error).
• Creación de tickets para creación de clientes o modificación de estos.
• Seguimiento de cambios en oportunidades post forecast.
