We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Supervisor to lead a team of Technical Applications Specialists specializing in Sequencing (NGS and Capillary Electrophoresis). Keys to Success:

Education

• BS or equivalent experience required; advanced degree or equivalent experience in life sciences preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in technical support, customer care, or in a similar field, ideally with first-hand sequencing experience; 1+ years of leadership experience preferred
• Strong numerical reasoning, scientific proficiency, and technical support experience.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to successfully engage with customers, colleagues, and partners at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of clear, concise communication.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $83,300.00-$125,000.00.
