Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a " Quality Engineer " located in Mukachevo, Ukraine.

Reporting to the Quality Manager , the Supplier Quality Engineer role involves r esponsibility for supplier development in a manufacturing or service process; works with suppliers to continuously improve performance, implement process controls and develop quality assurance plans.

What a typical day looks like:

• Select the suitable supplier with jointed effort of sourcing on aspects of quality, capability, pricing, delivery, environment, society regulation, etc. against customer requirements.
• Implement the new supplier qualification thru the process of capability matching, supplier risk assessment, supplier self-assessment, onsite qualification audit, qualification database management.
• Understand customer drawing, specification to feedback value-added engineering proposal to customer and supplier for optimization of supplier manufacturing process or products.
• Track the new qualified parts quality performance to ensure meet the customer quality requirements in pilot run phase. Drive supplier corrective action from supplier in Pilot Runs (1-3 lots) and smoothly transfer the pilot run to mass production.
• Work as SME (Subject Matter Expert) to help on supplier quality hot issue and trouble shooting.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires higher education and minimum 2 years of experience
• Knowledge of FMEA , Control Plan, APQP, Lean, 8D, PDCA, Fishbone, Pareto. etc.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form, and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
