Supplier Reporting Administrator

This position will be hybrid-based out of our Waltham, MA or Lake Worth, office and can also be fully remote. We are unable to provide sponsorship for work authorization for this role. 

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking to hire a Supplier Reporting Administrator who will:

• Receive, process and validate revenue and rebate information received from suppliers
• Be able to handle/troubleshoot high level inquiries and requests from across brands and departments
• Produce, verify and distribute Supplier Volume Reports to internal management and staff
• Communicate with suppliers on data issues
• Maintenance responsibilities in Salesforce records
• Communicate with internal employees
• Review Supplier reporting for accuracy, completeness and adherence to signed agreements
• Resolve reporting errors and non-compliance issues with suppliers.
• Work with suppliers getting initial reporting set up

Skillset Needed:

• Ideally a 4-year Bachelors’ degree or related experience
• 1-2 Years of related experience, preferred in data loading
• Business Analysis
• Problem-solver
• Raw data file processing skills
• Higher than average excel skills
• Good Communication skills
• Experience working with CSV and TXT files
• Salesforce experience
