New Product Development team is responsible for developing a variety of items from concept to delivery. This role will work cross functionally internally as well as with our suppliers globally to ensure the smooth transition from production to delivery. Your role will be crucial in coordinating shipments to ensure we meet company expectations. This role is perfect for someone that wants to grow their career in logistics and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage projects from production to delivery
- Work with the NPD and suppliers to ensure products are packed correctly and collection is coordinated
- Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, freight forwarders, etc to ensure smooth production path
- Identify and manage potential risks and issues, escalating them as necessary.
- Support in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy access and reference.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
Schedule and Pay
- M-F 9am-5:30pm
- Wynwood, Miami
- $43,888 annually with potential for growth
- Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and PTO
