The?Support Services Operator?is responsible for managing a variety of accounts receivable-based activity via email, telephone, and fax.

Job Responsibilities

• Daily Retail sales ? Cafeteria, Snackshop, BH Java, Maine Java
• Daily Retail customer counts
• Childcare charges
• Childcare menu updates including up to date pricing
• Floorstock charges
• Requisition charges
• Updating floorstock and requisition pricing regularly to keep prices up to date
• Dr Lounge and staff lounge charges
• Updating cash register changes ? new items, prices, bar codes
• Cafeteria Labels
• Catering billing
• Aramark Birchstreet ? entering all invoices for payment
• Aramark Prima ? receiving invoices into inventory
• Aramark GFF
• BiWeekly Count spreadsheet for patient, retail, childcare, catering, floorstock, Dr lounges (Prod 2024)
• Monthly Sales and customer count Spreadsheet
• Food costs for BH Java
• Food costs for Maine Java
• Food costs for Snackshop
• Java Card set up and update ? F&N and EVS
• Monthly sales tax totals

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 + years of credit/collections experience (preferred but not required).
• Must have demonstrated good performance; if in customer service, must have good quality scores.
• Excellent customer service skills a must.
• High level of organizational skills, integrity and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills working with internal and external customers.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
