Role and Responsibilities: • Seeking a Systems Engineer with 4-8 years of experience in Desktop Support Field Services and Desktop Management. Must have strong technical skills in EndUser Tool-Des. Roles & Responsibilities • As a Systems Engineer you will be responsible for providing desktop support managing field services and ensuring smooth operation of desktop management systems. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues install and configure desktop applications and provide technical assistance to end users. Additionally, you will collaborate with the service desk team and assist in unified device management.

Certification(s) Required. • COMPTIA A+ CERTIFICATION.

Salary and Other Compensation :

Application will be accepted until 3/22/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $40k - $53k depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
