Talent Acquisition:Â
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring headcounts are filled with talent promptly and efficiently.Â
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deliver a smooth, purpose-driven hiring experience.Â
- Streamline Interview Process. Coordinate screening calls, assessments, and interviews to ensure an efficient selection process.Â
- Update job descriptions and interview questions to align with company values and specific role requirements.Â
- Foster ongoing relationships with potential candidates and previous applicants.Â
- Track recruitment data to continuously enhance recruitment strategies for better outcomes.Â
- Provide regular recruitment updates to hiring and line managers.Â
- Lead employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment events.Â
People Development:Â
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify the training needs of individuals and departments.Â
- Develop and design training programs, materials, and resources that align with organizational objectives and employee development needs.Â
- Facilitate training sessions using various methods such as workshops, seminars, e-learning, and on-the-job training.Â
- Ensure that training sessions are interactive, relevant, and contribute to the enhancement of employee skills.Â
- Implement evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs.Â
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to make continuous improvements to training content and delivery methods.Â
- Oversee the organization's Learning Management System, ensuring proper content management, user access, and reporting capabilities.Â
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in training technology.Â
- Stay informed about industry regulations and standards related to training and ensure that all programs comply with relevant legal requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management, or similar field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition/ L&D or in a similar role.
- Growth mindset with learning agility and adaptability.Â
- Results oriented with business acumen.Â
- Strong organizational and project management skills.Â
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A good team player with good interpersonal skills.Â
- Good command of EnglishÂ
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)Â
