This position will be hybrid based out of one of our office locations 3 days a week in either: Lake Worth, FL; Waltham, MA; New London, CT or Chicago, IL. We are unable to provide sponsorship for work authorization for this role.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and assist in the execution of a best in class recruitment and hiring experience.
You will primarily focus on managing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), supporting recruitment efforts for all locations and brands and will take the lead on coordinating the pre-hire process for new hires. This position offers an ideal starting point for someone looking for a career in recruiting, talent analytics, or a broader Talent Management or People Team position!
Your impact:
- Manage and post all job requisitions and postings to ensure data integrity in our ATS
- Coordinate multi-stage interview schedules including in-person, telephone, offsite and video
- Track and report all candidate information in ATS and ensure that data is properly maintained
- Be the subject matter expert on our ATS and provide guidance to ensure the highest level of internal customer support (all employees) helping to further cultivate an internal recruitment culture
- Provide support for the Talent Acquisition team in employer branding initiatives, including but not limited to social and digital strategies
- Initiate new hire onboarding and coordinate the pre-hire process which includes, but is not limited to, generating applicant offer letters, background screenings and coordinate onboarding with HR Operations and Training and Development teams.
- Oversee administration of the Employee Referral bonus program, track referrals, determine eligibility and coordinate the processing of payment.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data-entry for recruiting metrics, returning calls and/or emails and generating standard weekly/monthly HR reports, maintaining ATS reports
- Maintain and update the Talent Acquisitions library of documents as our processes evolve.
- Assist with sourcing candidates and internship program
- May participate in job fairs, community activities, and other public and departmental recruitment-related events
About you:
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent amount of related experience required
- Experience in Human Resources, Corporate Recruiting or Agency Recruiting a plus
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced setting highly preferred
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times, act with discretion
- Experience using an ATS (ideally Greenhouse) is preferredÂ
- Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and sense of personal accountability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, challenging and team-oriented work environment
