Who You'll Work With
Cisco's J&C team is searching for a proven recruiting lead that will provide leadership and management for a team of recruiters focused on recruiting to meet the changing demands of our business. You will work directly with and report to an Americas Recruiting Lead and work with other Americas Leads, cross functionally. You will also have engagement with others in our eco-system and partner with others in People & Communities (P&C), People Experience (PX), and across Join & Connect (J&C). You will work with Recruitment Leads to consult with business clients and manage hiring manager customer engagement. You will also work with candidates, Hiring Managers/Teams, and an awesome group of Cisco recruiters.
Who you Are:
You can drive innovative sourcing solutions to attract talent by collaborating with hiring mangers/teams to identify, select and recruit a diverse slate of internal and external talent. You will act as a J&C Partner, advising hiring managers/teams on talent availability, salary ranges and any compliance related requirements.
You can manage the full cycle hiring processes and educate hiring teams about Cisco benefits, Internal Hiring, Contractor Conversions and related processes.
You have a proven track record working closely with the hiring teams and business leaders to identify requisitions with the highest impact.
You partner with business leaders, P&C partners and J&C management to align strategy using internal and external data.
You have experience managing a team of recruiters using effective performance management tools and processes.
In addition to team management, you will source from various talent pools and screen candidates to ensure skill and experience match for requisitions you carry through to fulfillment.
You are a mentor, ensuring key skills for recruiter capability are developed.
Our minimum requirements for this role:
Innovative recruiting leader, collaborator and partner with 10+ years of professional level recruitment experience, including requisition management, fulfillment, and capacity distribution across a team.
Proven experience in market-mapping and the ability to speak the market language to influence strategy and build qualified pipelines.
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively across a large enterprise to drive common goals.
Constant learner with a solid understanding of external market trends and the ability to apply those to Cisco strategy.
Innovative leader who embeds inclusion into all aspects of your work.
Experienced recruiting partner with expertise identifying Critical Workforce Segments and developing sourcing and recruitment strategy around those needs.
Experience working with enterprise ATS including experience with workflows and processing offers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills and an interest in change management.
Experience working with remote team members
