Talent Acquisition Lead

Steel Point is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to keep Steel Point staffed with the right talent. Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Source, recruit, screen candidates for a variety of positions including for proposal activities.
• Analyze talent metrics and employee engagement surveys, external talent trends to develop policies and strategies for acquiring new talent
• Analyze Steel Point’s hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring
• Using various channels to source candidates
• Work with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions
• Manage the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing
• Build relationships with applicants and past employees
• Research talent acquisition trends to improve the process
• Represent Steel Point at job fairs and talent events

Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience providing recruiting support for GovCon, DOD and Intel agencies in a fast-paced environment
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Greenhouse, ADP
• Experience in sourcing candidates utilizing social media tools as well as traditional job board recruiting methods
• Ability to establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity, and skilled communications with managers and staff
• Interface with hiring managers to create job requisitions; assist with defining and validating key position requirements
