Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition intern will revolve around the four major pillars of the organization - Data, Recruiting, Employer Brand and Early Career Programs. By supporting a broad scope of work throughout the organization, the internship is geared to provide a broad view.

• Support our Early Careers team in sending weekly communications for the Early Career Internship Program Events via Outlook, Microsoft Teams groups and assist with the usage of our internal chatbot
• Assist in the production and disbursement of Talent Acquisition reporting on a weekly basis
• Support in the refreshment process of an internal Tableau Dashboard on a weekly basis
• Under direct supervision, supports data extraction for various business requests across IGT globally
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting requests through IGT's internal ticketing system
• Audit priority data fields in the ATS system including external job titles and target hire dates on a weekly basis
• Audit external job postings on vendor job board sites (Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake)
• Support the development of a process map with resource checkpoints to guide recruiters through various stages, listing resources and those resources' locations
• Assist Talent Acquisition Partners with interview scheduling requests
• Provides support with interdepartmental invoice processing
• Assist with the utilization of the IGT Employee Value Proposition materials and implement them effectively
• Support the development of a communication plan around IGT's Employee Referral Bonus program for locations outside of the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited institution
• Interest in supporting Talent Acquisition or HR Operations preferred
• Excellent planning, organization and time management skills
• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Visio) experience (intermediate to advanced)
• Ability to work 37.5 hours/week starting June 3rd or June 10th
• On side presence at our Rhode Island offices in Providence and West Greenwich are required 3-4 days a week from June through August. The on-site presence from September through December will be mutually agreed upon a later date

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. The compensation rate is $21.00/hr.
