AllAbout The Role:

In the Talent Acquisition team, people are ourpassion and priority. We plan and execute all aspects related to a candidate'sjourney, starting from the very beginning with sourcing and interviewing talentto offer process and onboarding. We ensure that ethics, equal opportunity anddiversity are not just theoretical concepts but implemented in everything wedo. As part of the Talent Acquisition team in Charlotte, you will partner with CorporateFunctions, such as Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, etc. to recruit talentthat supports will support our digital transformation initiative across ourorganization. You will have the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders ofthe IT Leadership team as well as partner with HR Business Partners and crossfunctional leaders. We are looking for someone who has a passion for technologyrecruiting, curiosity for process improvement and the desire to develop talentstrategies.

What You'll Do:

As a Talent AcquisitionPartner in the Charlotte office, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing,screening, and interviewing qualified applicants. On aday-to-day basis you will also be responsible for partnering with hiringmanagers and HR Business Partners to educate them on the talent acquisitionprocess. In Details YouWill:

• Build networks and community relationships to attract passive applicants.
• Ensure each applicant's progression through the selection process is documented in the applicant tracking system.
• Maintain recruiting key performance indicators & partnership level agreements.
• Ensure that work performed is in accordance with the procedures of Electrolux, corporate HR, and delivered within a
• specified timeframe and in line with customer expectations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations concerning employment and the interviewing process,
• including pre and post hire employment documentation.
• Perform other HR or recruiting tasks as required.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience required.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
• Skilled talent advisor with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Ability to source passive and niche candidates using technology based recruiting techniques.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasive, and presentation skills.
