Talent Acquisition Partner - Remote

The Opportunity:

TrueCar is seeking an action-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.  In this role reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, you’ll work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to optimize Talent Acquisition by driving efficient, consistent, and scalable processes. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you should have a deep understanding of our company’s operating model, culture, and core values and your stakeholders’ functional organizations and work.  You’ll leverage your in-depth knowledge of full lifecycle recruitment to successfully consult with stakeholders to ensure fair, consistent, and thorough hiring practices that attract high-performing talent and result in having the right people in the right seats. How you will contribute to TrueCar’s success: 

• Partner closely with leadership, hiring managers, and people business partners to deeply understand your stakeholders’ workflows and team dynamics.
• Collaborate with team leadership to develop comprehensive job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
• Effectively manage requisition load while adhering to established processes.
• Proactively seek out opportunities to build your knowledge base and skills in direct sourcing efforts.
• Consistently build candidate pipeline and network to include talent from underrepresented communities  - proactively engaging in conversation, and developing warm candidate leads, even when no current need exists through sourcing and attending in-person and networking events.
• Execute full lifecycle recruiting process sourcing a diverse and highly-qualified candidate pool, effectively screening candidates, consulting and setting clear expectations for both candidates and hiring managers, negotiating offers, and closing candidates.
• Assist in elevating TrueCar’s employment brand by ensuring every candidate has a memorable experience and receives timely feedback throughout their recruitment journey, actively promote job opportunities, and share content on professional social networking sites.
• Utilize data, industry knowledge, and best practices to recommend process improvements proactively.
• Relentlessly pursue established individual and team goals and objectives.
• Assist with special projects as requested.

Your Expertise:

• Proven success in full-lifecycle recruiting having worked in a variety of functional verticals; some agency experience preferred
• Confidence to represent the company with professionalism and courtesy both internally and externally
• Agility to change course in support of the Company’s evolving business priorities 
• Proficiency in strategic sourcing and closing with the finesse to maintain a consultative approach with hiring managers to ensure alignment and establish realistic, effective expectations
• Proficiency in developing job descriptions, scorecards & technical assessments
• Proven track record of leveraging impeccable communication skills to establish trusted rapport with both internal stakeholders and candidates.
• Natural inclination to courageously address concerns with internal stakeholders regarding their adherence to hiring processes, timelines, and interview commitments and the discernment to know when to escalate.
• Ability to follow established hiring process workflows in Greenhouse Recruiting (or comparable ATS) and utilize other recruiting tools & resources to create efficiencies and adapt to changing workplace technologies

Base salary range: $75,000 - $100,00
