In this key role, you'll be dealing with full-cycle recruitment, identifying, engaging, and managing top-tier, diverse talent for our Go-to-Market roles within the LeanIX USA region.

• Become a vital member of our LinkedIn Talent Awards winning global TA team
• Contribute to the dynamic growth of LeanIX by building diverse and inclusive Go-to-Market teams within the USA region 
• Utilize your unique perspective to identify, engage, and manage the recruitment cycle for top-tier candidates who align with our goals and values
• Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, understanding their objectives and formulating strategic advice to guarantee an efficient recruitment process
• Contribute to the continuous improvements of our Talent Acquisition strategies, leading high-priority projects, with a significant focus placed on diversity and inclusion
• Unleash your creative prowess, employing innovative techniques and tools, to source a diverse range of talent and find the “hidden gems” in undeserved talent pools.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A compelling business partner with the credibility to advise senior stakeholders
• Demonstrate 2-3 years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience in IT or SaaS industry (mid-level)
• A problem-solver who embraces challenges and thrives in ambiguity
• Proficient in managing a fast-paced workload, prioritizing effectively in a hyper-growth organization
• Experienced in the Go-to-Market field, particularly its unique challenges in recruiting diverse talent
• Have a successful track record of recruiting diverse, highly-qualified senior candidates in varied functional roles
• Experienced with recruitment mediums and tools, e.g. LinkedIn Talent Solution and ATS Greenhouse.
