What You'll Be Doing:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of global talent attraction strategies;

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles focusing on high-demand talent;

• Actively source interview and select exceptional candidates leveraging innovative tools and methods;

• Represent the company professionally as the first point of contact for candidates ensuring an outstanding experience;

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs culture and values and provide strategic recruitment insights;

• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize the hiring funnel;

• Innovate and utilize technology including AI tools to streamline sourcing and selection processes;

• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to strengthen the company’s employer branding and align it with hiring strategies;

• Drive initiatives to continuously improve hiring processes enhance the employer brand and implement best practices.

What You Need To Succeed:

• Solid experience in full-cycle talent attraction and selection with proven success in closing senior-level roles;

• Exceptional online candidate sourcing skills using global platforms and recruitment tools;

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage recruitment metrics to inform decisions and improve processes;

• True interest in technology with demonstrated experience using AI solutions like ChatGPT or similar tools;

• Strong knowledge of recruitment channels and global sourcing strategies;

• Startup/scale-up mindset with a desire to achieve great results in a fast-paced environment;

• Fluent English is a must (written and spoken);

• Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills;

• Curiosity and agility to adapt swiftly in a dynamic high-growth landscape.
