Talent Sourcer

About the role:

INGENIOUS.BUILD is seeking a Talent Sourcer dedicated to finding superstar professionals for the Engineering Organization. You will have to have vast experience in sourcing candidates, proven metrics that drive top of funnel health that you can speak to, extensive experience working within the Warsaw area, and past partnerships with Recruiters and Hiring Managers. 

This is a fully remote role, with the flexibility of meeting the team in the office from time to time for working sessions. 

In this position, you will:

• Partnering with Recruitment and the Hiring Team to fully & quickly, understand talent needs and requirements
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
• Create a “buzz” in the talent market by networking through industry-related groups, and specialty job boards– get creative- always be sourcing
• Perform market research to understand where diverse, external talent pools exist and work to execute diversity-sourcing initiatives to tap into those talent pools
• Keep detailed records and information on sourced talent
• Thrive on discovering hidden talent and the ability to drive results quickly

Skills and Experience needed:

• Familiarity with sourcing for niche technical roles to effectively assess candidate qualifications
• Ability to quickly get up to speed and hit the ground running with a heavy workload and proven experience doing so
• Strong interpersonal skills and a tenacious attitude toward sourcing.
• Previous ATS experience (Greenhouse preferred)
• A quiet, secure, work-from-home space with the ability to openly communicate.
  

The compensation range for this position is 1800-3000 USD, however, we may ultimately pay more or less than this range depending upon circumstances we did not reasonably foresee when making this posting.
