Team Lead

Critical Deliverables and Responsibilities (not all inclusive):

• Assist process employees with day-to-day tasks as needed
• Evaluate and improve training for employees in the department
• Assist in evaluating metrics for improving department performance
• Provide knowledge and assistance for department employees during training period
• Participate in or lead root cause analysis as needed
• Utilize Delta V and Aspen data historian to monitor department process
• Develop and improve work instructions, standard works, etc.
• Perform Lockout Tagout and other safety permit responsibilities
• Provide knowledge and assistance for process improvement initiatives
• Participate in and assist with department IPS implementation and further evolution

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrates high level of understanding of processes within the department
• Ability to analyze processes and machinery for improvement capability for/through operator interaction
• History of safe work habits
• Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality

Knowledge, Skills and Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience working in department is preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) is preferred
• Knowledge of Aspen preferred
• Knowledge of SAP preferred

General:

• Application process:

• Expected work distribution is 80% field, and 20% in office
• The anticipated work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm with overtime as required
• Performance reviews will be conducted annually, or more frequently if needed to validate satisfactory performance. If the employee is not performing to a satisfactory level, or if there is a desire by the Company to provide the opportunity to other qualified individuals, the application process will be followed and can be initiated at any time. The Company reserves the right to change, add, delete, or amend the position and/or duration as needed
