Job Duties and Responsibilities
Team Lead, RAN Integration-IWR sought by DISH Wireless LLC in Littleton, CO.
Lead, direct and manage a group of 5G engineers supporting the turn-up and troubleshooting of 5G cell sites around the country. Analyze service and system issues, determine corrective actions and provide feedback to respective teams to resolve systemic issues, and will escalate complex issues to teams as needed. Ensure sufficient staff is scheduled to meet deployment timelines and schedules. Hire and train staff knowledgeable in O-RAN, Core, RAN/PaaS and cell site architecture to troubleshoot issues. Engage and escalate issues with Market teams when critical/time sensitive support and resolution is needed. work with operations to produce MOPs and technical solutions leading to CI/CD & Automation. Prepare and track throughput reports, top issues and areas for continuous improvement.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Requires Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or closely related field plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or Network Engineer/ RAN Integration Engineer. Also requires 2 years of experience with /using the following (which may have been gained concurrently):

• System verification and end to end performance testing of advanced NR/LTE features, hardware and software development.
• Supporting Network optimization activities.
• Radio Access Network (gNB) and integration.
• Performing Software upgrades.
• Performing Regression Testing, ATP Testing and Multi-UE Painting Testing on gNB.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $136,198.00/Year
