Your future contribution:

Bring in your expertise as well as your business and technical background in driving a cross-cultural engagement and interaction to work with both our business development and engineering teams and help our partners succeed on our platform. As we scale, seamless and effective integration of our vacation rental partners onto our website will be crucial for our ongoing success. As part of this business-critical, tech-driven partner team you will play a key role in our continued growth by applying your technical know-how and problem-solving ability to our post-integration processes.

How you’ll add value:

• Lead a team of 4-5 Technical Account Managers, bridging partners, business, and development teams, ensuring optimal representation of our partners on HomeToGo
• Hire, motivate, develop, and retain talent to achieve objectives, focusing on coaching best practices for internal career mobility
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure both team success and individual growth
• Manage day-to-day operations, including goal setting, career development, performance management, and process improvement
• Foster close relationships with Account Management, Product, Engineering, and other relevant teams to understand partner and customer challenges, and drive initiatives for product enhancements and improvements
• Own the integration pipeline, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of integrations onto the HomeToGo platform

You’ll be successful in this role if you:

• Have experience managing high-performing technical teams in a digital industry (experience with technical account management teams or similar is a plus)
• Possess strong technical project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Have practical knowledge of integrations and APIs
• Have previous experience working closely with partners and clients, understanding their needs and challenges to deliver effective solutions
• Demonstrate leadership experience, with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams
• Have excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills to align internal and external stakeholders
• Possess a strong drive for continuous improvement and delivering incremental value
• Have experience in the travel industry, particularly with vacation rental software (a plus)
