About the Role:
We seek an experienced Technical Team Lead to oversee our Technical Projects Consulting team. In this hyrbrid role, you will ensure all internal processes and procedures are followed, manage staff-related functions, and provide senior technical expertise on projects, systems, methods, and procedures that will deliver world-renowned client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Director of Technology Consulting to manage staff coaching, training, performance development, hiring, and terminations
- Lead the Technical Projects Consulting team
- Conduct high-level analysis of systemic issues and identify best practices for the team
- Develop project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals
- Coordinate client and technical personnel during all project phases
- Perform technical implementations/configurations of typical infrastructures
- Review projects weekly to ensure budget, time, and customer service commitments are met
- Monitor project progress to ensure technical work meets the highest level of quality
- Identify issues/problems and associated resolutions and timeframes
Preferred Experience/Training:
- Minimum of five years of management experience in the IT field
- Strong technical skills in new laptop setups, 365 migrations, SharePoint Online migrations, firewall configurations and installations, office moves, network switch setups, and wireless access point setups
- Overarching understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods for IT Projects
- Ability to manage and write processes and procedures surrounding best practices
- Excellent communication skills with clients and across all levels of the organization
- PMP and ITIL Certifications are a plus
