Team Leader 

Salary: £16.80ph plus additional driving allowances and other Veolia benefits 

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week 6am-3pm 

Location: Clay Lane, Marlow, Buckinghamshire, SL7 3DJ

What you'll be doing;

• Deploy frontline service team on daily deployment ensuring all driver compliance (eg monitoring Taco hours) 

• Monitoring H&D behaviour of all site users and promoting good safe behaviours..

• Coaching and mentoring of new starters and Retraining of existing team members on relevant systems and procedures

• Recording attendance, completing Return to Works

• Regular training and competency checks

• Managing holiday and leave requests effectively maintaining sufficient team numbers for front-line delivery and sufficient pool to cover sickness. 

• Reporting and recording accidents and vehicle incidents appropriately 

What we're looking for;

• Local Geographical knowledge 

• Experience in using waste management systems including Echo, Salesforce and PowerBI

• Experience working with local authority clients

• Effective Communication skills

• Good IT Skills

• IOSH Passport Training, Traffic Management Qualifications, Class 2 Driving Qualification or desire to obtain
