We are looking for a Team Leader, Brand enablement in UPM Marketing and Communications Service Center.Â

UPM Marketing and Communications Service Center is located in UPM Business Hub in WrocĆaw and provides professional marketing and communications services for the global UPM organisation. We support activities ranging from graphic design, audio-visual productions, project management, digital communications to digital marketing. We play a significant part in boosting internal efficiency and making sure the brand stays aligned. Great customer experience and team spirit are in the key role within the Service Center. We are now pleased to welcome a passionate Team Leader, Brand enablement to manage the UPM brand guidelines, the production of brand assets and the work of a creative team in building a visually strong, recognizable, and consistent brand identity across UPM touchpoints globally. What you will doÂ
-
Guide and support an in-house team of four graphic designers
-
Oversee the team workflow and end-to-end delivery of assignments from internal customers within agreed deadlines

Develop and maintain design guidelines for UPMâs visual identity, including logo usage, composition, colours, typography, and imagery standards

Participate in the design and creative work with the team, and oversee the quality of design work, ensuring alignment with brand identity guidelines and brand goals

Collaborate with marketing and communications network at UPM to provide guidance and support on consistent application of brand identity across all channels, including digital, print, and in-person interactions like events and UPM workspaces

Manage relationships with creative partners, providing direction and feedback to ensure high quality and consistent branding

Develop and deliver training programs and materials to ensure understanding and adherence to brand guidelines

Conduct regular brand audits to assess visual identity alignment and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance across all units and regions

Stay informed of trends and best practices in branding and visual communications to continually evolve and enhance the design capabilities in the Service Center team

Represent UPM values and uphold the great team spirit and internal customer experience at Marketing and Communications Service Center
Who you areÂ
-
You have a relevant university degree and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in managing a creative team and visual identity, as well as managing graphic design projects and task for international business

You have a very good understanding of brand management principles, visual storytelling, brand positioning, as well as understanding of business acumen and international business environment

You are characterized by a high attention to detail and systematic way of working in maintaining brand consistency and quality across all platforms

You have experience in working with creative teams and agencies to develop and produce brand-aligned materials

You have experience in overseeing the production of branded assets, providing clear direction and constructive feedback to internal experts and agency partners

You are proficient in design tools in Adobe Creative Cloud and modern communications channels and tools, including Office365 and readiness to perform design work

You are proficient in Polish and English at a level of at least C1 (verbal and written) to ensure effective communication and collaboration with global stakeholders, creative team and partners

You present great interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners in a complex, multi-task environment with strict deadlinesÂ

The position is located in UPM Business HUB WrocĆaw, Poland. Â
This job requires regular work from the office every week in a hybrid working model.Â
The position holder will report to Karolina KuĆșniacka, Manager of Marketing and Communications Service Center. Â
