Tech Lead

This position will lead a team of software developers and work with quality assurance analysts, business analysts, and project managers to develop features and maintain our existing core platforms.

• Lead the software engineering team, providing them with knowledge and guidance in software development activities.

• Ensure the correct execution of technology processes, ensuring safety and quality, in addition to assisting the company in its improvement using the best practices.

• Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment to architect, develop, and support complex enterprise solutions.

• Participate in our Core development team that focuses on real-time, always-on, high-performance transaction processing and switching engineer.

• Work on business-critical systems that directly affect the success of the organization.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Extensive experience (7+ years) with C#.

• Extensive experience (7+ years) with MS T-SQL.

• Proven ability to design and build technically complex systems in an enterprise environment.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a production environment.

• Proven ability to be part of a collaborative team (developers, quality assurance analysts, business analysts, and project managers) that challenges and learns from each other

• Proven ability to lead a team of developers in software development activities
• Experience building and maintaining enterprise solutions in a high availability, business critical environment.
• Experience in transactional services industry.
• Experience with some or all the following technologies is a plus: C++,.Net, JavaScript, PHP.
• Experience with front end technologies: Angular, React, Vue.
• Experience with CI / CD and DevOps culture.
• Experience with SDLC and Code Quality Assurance.
