Job Description

We are excited to announce an opening for a dynamic and innovative Technology Operations Specialist to join our team! This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a tech or revenue operations role and is perfect for someone ready to make a significant impact from the ground up.
In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in facilitating client technology onboardings, supporting the sales enablement team, and managing essential data and materials. Your efforts will ensure smooth transitions for clients, effective technology integration, and a streamlined onboarding experience. As your role evolves, you will take on new challenges and responsibilities in line with growing demand, helping us adapt and excel.
You'll also play a crucial role in training new hires, ensuring they are up-to-speed with our tech stack, processes, and best practices. Your contributions will be vital to the overall success of our sales enablement initiatives, leading to success for our client partners!

Primary Responsibilities
- Facilitate client technology onboardings and setups, ensuring smooth transitions and effective integration into our systemsÂ
- Support the sales enablement team by providing necessary materials and informationÂ
- Verify and organize client data, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
- Provide ongoing support and training for clients to enhance their understanding of our technology and processes
- Understand outbound sales strategies and how to synthesise data and information into effective contact strategiesÂ
- Address challenges with creativity and resourcefulness, using various tools and resourcesAdhere to project timelines and established guidelines
- Adhere to project timelines and established guidelines
- Deliver new hire training on the tech stack, sales processes, and best practices
- Provide list building support, assisting the team in generating and maintaining targeted lists for outreach and sales campaigns
- Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as they arise, adapting to evolving business demands
About You
- At least 5 years of experience in a tech or revenue operations (rev ops) role
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with a keen desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
- Eager to learn and adept at seeking answers independently
- Strong time management and note-taking skills, with the ability to read between the lines
- Adaptable & able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-oriented environment
Your Qualifications
- Familiar with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft applicationsÂ
- Basic knowledge of Python or willingness to learn, other coding languages would be an assetÂ
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver above expectations
- Intuitive and able to find necessary information quickly
- Great at delivering above expectations
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with web scraping and manual data researchÂ
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and techniquesÂ
