About the role

As Dune’s first Talent Acquisition hire, you'll be integral to the growth of the company. We are on track to 4x our team this year and to do that brilliantly, we are looking for an exceptional individual to ensure we hire the best talent across the world.

Your responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of great candidates for various technical roles (we need to bring people on who have the relevant skills to build web apps, serve RESTful and graphql apis, build and maintain data pipelines and deploy and manage cloud based infrastructure.) 

You will have the chance to create a huge impact through building a function from the ground up, implementing effective high signal processes and shaping what the team looks like going forward.

In this role you will also

• Write and post technical job descriptions

• Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best. 

• Coordinate with team leaders to forecast and agree hiring needs

• Manage and automate our processes as much as possible through our ATS

• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

You might be a great fit for this role if you 

• Have proven experience as a Technical Recruiter inside a high growth tech organisation

• Are familiar with at-scale hiring processes and ATSs (we use Ashby)

• Have solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and experience with various interview formats 

• Are passionate about true diversity. You have experience working with a diverse team and striving for fairness in hiring all races, genders and ages 

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak knowledgeably about Dune's product and our position in the industry

Not required but a plus if you have

• An interest in crypto
