All design and R&D is done in-house, and our extensive and complex supply chain is fully managed by our team. Traditionally, women were given a choice between two options when it came to their bras and underwear: Be sexy, or be comfortable. What We Are Looking For

Do you dream of a perfect fit? ThirdLove is seeking a talented Product Developer or Technical Designer with a background in apparel. We're looking for development and fit gurus that love the details and want to work with an expert overseas technical team. You'll help create new product with an exceptional fit by running fit studies, wear testing, and owning the fit process from end to end.

What You Will Own And How You Will Make A Difference 

1. Own fit communication with overseas factories
2. Edit specs, mold foam pad specs, and grading from manufacturer
3. Work directly with overseas vendors to improve and develop our fit
4. Measure and QC all samples from fit to TOP
5. Run fittings and communicate changes to the manufacturer
6. Review, comment, and track all approvals for specs, cups, and fabrics
7. Hold manufacturer accountable to T&A Calendar
8. Own special fit project: including fit studies, wear testing, and fit videos
9. Various other tasks and duties as assigned or needed

Who You Are

• 5 years experience minimum in product development or technical design with a focus in apparel (experience with intimates, swim or active would be advantageous)
• Experience working with and traveling to Asia
• Must have a deep understanding of fit, fabrications, and techniques
• Tech savvy with at least an intermediate skill set in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Drive, and Excel (experience with Centric is a plus) 
• A passion for startups and the desire to learn more about eCommerce
• Able to organize and prioritize workload with to meet deadlines

Compensation

Base salary range is 80,000-100,000 annually
